Working With Helius.

Yes. Employment Pass sponsorship may be provided for eligible candidates, subject to Singapore MOM eligibility criteria and internal hiring requirements. Employment remains subject to successful work pass approval, background verification, and onboarding completion. Processing timelines may vary depending on application complexity and MOM review timelines.

Employee benefits may vary by role and employment structure, and can include medical coverage, insurance, leave benefits, learning opportunities, and other employment-related benefits aligned with company policy and local regulations.

Former employees may contact the HR team with their full name, employment period, reporting manager, and purpose of request, such as employment, visa, banking, or immigration, to request employment-related documents.

Employment Pass cancellation is typically managed by the employer in accordance with Singapore MOM regulations after the employee’s final working day. Employees are advised to keep their personal contact details updated for any post-exit communication.

Yes. Employment verification requests from authorised background screening agencies or prospective employers may be processed subject to internal verification procedures.
